A while ago, Ranveer Singh shared the character poster of Tahir Raj Bhasin playing Sunil Gavaskar in the film. Now, the actor has disclosed another player from the ’83 Cricket team. Ranveer introduced actor Jiiva as Krishnamachari Srikkanth in his Instagram handle. ’83, helmed by Kabir Khan, pays homage to Kapil Dev for his game-changing performance in the Cricket World Cup final held between India and West Indies in 1983. Besides, Ranveer Singh playing the lead role, the film boasts of a big star-cast starring Deepika Padukone as Romi Devi and other actors Boman Irani, Pankaj Tripathi, Saqib Saleem, Ammy Virk, Harrdy Sandhu, Amrita Puri, Sahil Khattar, and Tahir Raj Bhasin.
